Below is the January schedule for classes & retreats, both in person & online.

BEST ME 23 GROUP PROGRAM
A wellness program based on nutrition. Education on portions, timing and customized bundles for you to partner with the right food to support energy, digestion and weight loss. Guide and daily support included. Please see the details below.

Set to some fun music, the first half of this class starts with weight training exercises to build strength and stability in the body. We then move into some mobility exercises and yoga poses to help open and relax the body.

Start your day off revitalized with this fun class and improve your strength, balance and mobility! Class finishes with some core strengthening & stretching out high tension areas.

Sleep & Slumber Stress Relief Session
Monday January 9 @ 7:30pm

This is a great way to reset your nervous system, relax and unwind. I will also pull cards for some individual inspiration before class starts.

Best Me 23 Wellness Program
