When it comes to my own health, there have been times where the medical model couldn’t help me. I was left on my own to find solutions so I knew that I needed to create my own holistic health team that could support me physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I don’t want anyone to feel alone so these are some wonderful ladies who support in so many different ways! I hope they can help support you as well. And any questions please let me know!
About Janelle...
My love of practicing yoga started back in 2001. I practiced for a long time before a major life event pushed me to dive deeper and I thought a teacher training would be perfect for the personal growth I was craving. It was definitely challenging for me and it changed my life.
I started teaching in 2009 and throughout the years I have seen that yoga has a way of elevating emotional well-being while also building overall strength, stability & mobility. And most importantly, it connects us to our breath, our constant support, and to live through the eyes of our soul and with an open heart.
I have experienced burn out and yoga has been my saving grace in giving me tools to calm my nervous system down and bring my body back from chronic fatigue.
I teach in the hopes that I can help others experience the many health benefits that come from intentional movement. And that they feel lifted, loved, supported and cared for each time they step on to their mat. xo

Know Your Angels with Lannie Reid
I am a devoted wife and mother of three. I am also an Intuitive Medium, Teacher and Healer.
My story begins when I was a child and going out in public was difficult. I would get anxious and sick to my stomach. It was almost a fight or flight feeling and I just knew I needed to get away from all of it right away!
This continued until I learned about Spirit and how to control the energy around me.
I myself have been through some profound life lessons which includes MS and Trigeminal Neuralgia. It’s been a very a long road but I have made it through to the light!
I have been training and studying in Intuition, Mediumship, Psychic Development, Oracle Cards, Reiki, and Deep Spiritual Healing for the last 15 years and have been taking this crash course through life the past 5 years.
I feel I have come to a point in my life where it is time to share my knowledge and help others with their journey!
I recently wrote a book called Know Your Angels which can be found on Amazon. When you invite the Angels into your life, your own intuitive guidance grows and you can feel the empowerment of these Angels in your life as you begin to notice miracles appearing all around you.
My Mantra seems to be “Breathe, This Too Shall Pass.” I seem to be like the Phoenix rising from the ashes to begin again!
