For me, it feels like it has flown by & August has turned into home renos and a lovely time with family and friends!

Fall Classes

1. Do you prefer in person or online classes?
2. If online, would you like to do a live zoom challenge where we meet every morning for daily connection, intentions & gentle movement before your day starts?
3. What time of the day would you like a class?
4. Do you prefer weekdays or weekends? Which days?
5. Do you like a mixture of accessing online & in person classes?
6. What are you needing? Do you want to get stronger, more mobile, improve your cardiovascular fitness, calm your mind, sleep better?
7. What kind of class would you like? Yoga (what kind?), fitness, stress relief, soundbath, therapy balls, yoga and essential oils, etc.
8. How many times a week would you like to practice online and/or in person?
