I hope you are enjoying the beautiful snow and are staying cozy!
Winter is such a lovely time for rejuvenation, replenishment and settling into the stillness that the body and mind really need during this time of year. It is common to feel more tired and want to rest more.

Sometimes we are so hard on ourselves and expect our body to be on 24/7, 365 days a year... but our body does a lot better when we allow it to follow the wisdom of nature and its seasons.

Monday December 19 @ 7pm Sleep & Slumber Stress Relief Session
This is a great way to reset your nervous system and relax and unwind from a busy holiday season. We will pull cards at the beginning of class which you can also use as your intention throughout your session if you wish.

I can also customize a series or challenge for anyone who might be needing something really specific. If they are dealing with limited mobility, have a sore back or shoulders, are losing their strength, have tight hips or have a lot of stress in their life, I can design something special for them. And if recordings don't work for them we can always connect over private sessions.

Fitness & Yoga Day Retreat with Amy & Janelle

Time: 9:15am-3pm
Location: Lakedell Hall
Join us for a fitness & yoga day retreat that offers a ton of variety, time to connect with others & lots of fun!

You can stay for the whole day or choose your classes!
Retreat gift bags, tea & extra snacks are included.

This day retreat will include:

9:15-10:15am: Strength & Toning Fitness Class
This class utilizes light to medium weights and will target your whole body leaving you feeling rejuvenated! Great for all fitness levels as all exercises can modified.
Please bring light to medium weights, a yoga mat & water.

10:30-11:30am: Yoga for Strength
Learn how to activate & engage yoga poses to develop more strength, stability & mobility in your body.
Please bring a yoga mat, block & water.

11:45am-1:15pm: Lunch & Relax
Enjoy a healthy picnic box lunch from Eco Cafe, grab a tea and take some time to visit and relax.

1:15-2:15pm: Yin Yoga for Stiff & Sore Muscles
This class include poses that will move into the deeper tension of the body by accessing muscle & connective tissue tension. It is also a great class to stretch out the morning strength classes.
Please bring a block, blanket, bolster & eye cover.

2:30-3pm: Sleep Yoga
This session offers deep healing & replenishment for the body and mind. It has been said that 30min of sleep yoga is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep and is a great way to reset and relax.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster & eye cover.

Day Retreat Special Price: $110 (GST included)

Bend & Brew!
Enjoy a relaxing stretch session at the end of your week followed by some fun, a flight and appies at Familia Brewery!

Saturday January 14
4-8pm

Relax and unwind from your week with a gentle stretch session at the Village Creek Country Inn to relieve stress, stiffness and soreness in high tension areas.

Once we have finished class, we will head over to Familia Brewery where you will take flight and experience 4 of their mainstay beers along with 2 surprise seasonals on tap! We will be guided through each tasting by Kristen and all will be sure to dazzle your taste buds in different ways!

We will also have some appies provided by the Eco Cafe.
