Our miracles and lifeโs magic donโt appear when weโre restless and frantic. The miracles and magic happen when weโre still, quiet, calm and trusting.
Each of us has favorite items and places that help to calm and quiet us. What stills our mind? A walk in the park, a special place in the city, a quiet room? An old chenille robe? A rock, a picture, a lit candle?
Use these places and things to find that place of stillness in yourself. Find the power in stillness. Itโs a power that comes gently, like the morning sunrise or the evening stars.
Take time each day to seek out stillness,
to find that sacred spot. Let your mind
and soul be at ease. Donโt grasp and grab
for the magic and miracles. When
you reside in that place of stillness,
the joy, miracles, and magic youโre
seeking will find you.

Friday September 10 &/or 24 @ 6:30pm: Yoga Nidra/Sleep Yoga for Deep Rest
Class Fee: $15 or Member Rate: $12
Settle into a guided blissful yoga nidra practice that can help activate the relaxation response in your body and improve the functioning of your nervous system. It can help cells regenerate and repair, decrease anxiety and improve your mood. It can also help manage immune function, blood pressure, cortisol levels and induce restful sleep.
Saturday September 11 &/or 25 @ 9:30am: Yoga for Strength
Class Fee: $20 or Member Rate $17
This is a fun and challenging class that gives you a full body experience with yoga poses that build strength and stability, improve balance and cardiovascular health! Class is finished off with core strengthening, stretching & relaxation.
Saturday September 11 &/or 25 @ 11am: Stretching & Therapy Balls for Stiff & Sore Muscles
Class Fee: $20 or Member Rate $17
This class includes active and gentle stretching along with therapy ball exercises to help improve mobility and joint health and to decrease soreness, stiffness and pain in the body.
This is our last retreat in August and we will be waiting until October until we run another one.
Join us for a day of replenishment with aroma yoga, nourishing food, a forest & labyrinth experience, yoga nidra, soundbath & campfire. We have just a couple spots left for this Thursday and are keeping our gathering small.
