As some of you continue to practice at home and can get on your mat more regularly with online classes, I am hearing from a lot of you that you are feeling the cumulative effect on your physical and emotional well-being because you have committed to a regular practice/regime. Way to go!
I totally understand it can be hard to get on your mat sometimes, especially with all the "at home" distractions...but I always come back to remembering what it feels like after I practice and that can be all of the motivation I need. If possible, set yourself up for success with a quiet spot in the house (with no distractions for an hour or even less with some of the shorter classes) and choose the time of day to help you with consistency. 1 hour out of 24 hours in the day is just for you. One of the intentions of getting to your mat is to help you to feel better than when you first arrived on it. :)
