If you are practicing outside, please send your pics! For every picture, you get your name entered into a draw!
On May 31, I will do a draw for May pictures! Prize: A free bottle of Deep Relief Essential Oil (value: $60)
On June 30, I will do a draw for June pictures! Prize: A free bottle of Lemongrass & also Jade Lemon (value: $60)

Unlimited Spring Pass (this gives you access to ALL online classes!)
- 2 months for $210 (1 month option is available if needed)
- you can replay classes as often as you like or choose any classes you like!

- I am also offering a "pay what you can pass" and any donations are welcome
(Please note that you are welcome to start your unlimited pass any time! If you have a punch pass, I can also take off what is left on it and apply it to this pass).

Once you sign up I will send you an email with all of the links/classes (see above!) to choose from so they are all in one email for you. I will be adding to the classes and sending the most popular classes out every week. Please let me know if there is something you would like as a class option and if it is within my scope of education and experience I will do my best to support you!

What you will need for a class:
Yoga mat
Eye cover/pillow
Two blocks (big books can work)
Bolster (a pillow or couch cushion can work)
A strap (a belt can work!)
Blanket
Therapy balls/tennis balls (for Longevity class only)
Free weights (for Longevity class & fitness classes)
Runners (for fitness classes only)
Water

Spring Self Care 30 Day Holistic Health Challenge
Dates: May 1-30 or choose your challenge start date!

Participate in 30 days of movement &/or mindfulness for the health of your mind, body and soul. 1 hour out of 24 hours is not much time at all! but because we are at home, the day can get away from us and then we realize that we have not taken any time for ourselves to replenish, reset and restore.

So it may help to have some structure throughout the day to support taking the time for self-care...but also have a little freedom for you to choose as to when it works best for you to take time for yourself.

If you complete the challenge, you can choose between the following!

How it works!
- Choose what your main intention/goal is for you in this challenge and please send it to me!
- Grab a calendar and use it to mark off what you are doing each day (if you do yoga nidra or a yoga for stress & anxiety, that counts as a "day" because it is self care!)
- At the end of this challenge, I am hoping to get everyone's testimonials of what they have experienced and a picture of their calendars to share (only if you want to share!). After the 30 days is done, it is so rewarding to see all that you have accomplished as well as FEEL it! And if you are having trouble staying motivated, a challenge can be so helpful because when you complete something daily, that motivates you for the next day and each day builds on the one before...and writing it down is a huge support so you can SEE what you have done for yourself!

Each day you get to choose from a variety of classes/links depending on what you are needing in the moment. More relaxing. More cardiovascular and strengthening. Fitness classes. Beginner classes. Longevity and learning exercises for joint health. Yoga for Stress & Anxiety. Therapy balls to improve mobility and decrease sore and stiff muscles...and more! :)
