Happy Easter Weekend & Spring into Shape: 30 Day Holistic Health Home Studio Challenge 🌷🌺🌸
/I hope everyone has a lovely Easter. With our new normal, we still get to enjoy spending time with loved ones, it is just in a different way. I still get to call my mom, text my close friends and see their faces over the many ways of technology. In past generations, they did not have the luxury of our ability to stay connected. I am so grateful for all that we have today.
Love & light & Happy Easter (and maybe a fun easter egg hunt!)

Spring into Shape! 30 Day Holistic Health Home Studio Challenge
Dates: April 22- May 21
$150
Participate in 30 days of movement & mindfulness for the health of your mind, body and soul. Especially right now because we are at home, it may help to have some structure throughout the day to support taking the time for self-care but also have a little freedom as to when it works best for you to take an hour for yourself. Otherwise the day can get away from us and we have not taken any time for ourselves to replenish, reset and restore.
The start date coincides with Earth Day! This way we can celebrate and honour our 2 homes! Our mother earth and the earth suit we have been given!
If you complete the challenge, you can choose between the following!
Fabulous Fashion: A Pigeon Lake Wellness Studio tank top or t-shirt
Strength, Relax & Roll Set: A set of therapy balls & 2 resistance bands
Mug & Coaster Set: A Blackbear Pottery word mug of your choice & 2 coasters of choice hand painted by Margot Soltice
How it works!
Choose what your main intention/goal is for you in this challenge and please send it to me!
Each day you get to choose from a variety of classes/links depending on what you are needing in the moment. More relaxing. More cardiovascular and strengthening. Beginner classes. Longevity and learning exercises for joint health. Therapy balls to improve mobility and decrease sore and stiff muscles.
For Your Mind
The mind has a way of travelling to the past or the future neither of which exist anymore or yet! With all that is going on right now, it’s important to not look too far ahead otherwise it can increase anxiety. The mind can be trained to stay present, it just takes practice! There is also research that shows mindfulness increases our longevity!
Daily Tool & Intention: Download the free Insight Timer App and do a mindfulness session once a day or do your own meditation. You choose the length!
For Your Body
Learn how to use movement as a way to stay present. By focusing on the breath and tying it into poses and how it can support them, your mind has to stay in the now which helps decrease stress on your body. I can safely say you will feel a difference in strength, flexibility, mobility, stamina and state of mind. The movement in yoga doesn’t just benefit one thing. One pose can effect many body systems (musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular/circulatory, immune system, etc) simultaneously.
Daily Tool & Intention:
Practice 1 class a day (practice another one if you wish and this will count as another class towards finishing your challenge!)
Get outside 1/day for at least 10min.
Download the free My Fitness Pal App to track your exercise and nutrition (or use another App to track it)
For Your Soul
Fuel your soul with gratitude and connection to others.
Daily Tool & Intention:
Gratitude Journal
This kind of journal is a great tool to keep track of the good things in life. No matter how difficult life can sometimes feel, there is always something to be grateful for.
Daily Activity #1: During your challenge, write down 3 things you are grateful for every day: once in the morning and once just before you go to bed. It’s fine if they are the same on some days! And write down anything else your heart desires!). At the end of your challenge you will have a journal to continue in, a piece of lovely memorabilia from your challenge and all you experienced and accomplished on your 30 day journey.
Daily Activity #2: Soul to Soul Connections
Each day, reach out to 3 people you care about by sending them a text, email, calling or video conferencing!
