Paint the Winter Buck this Friday November 8 @ 7pm!
Have some fun in a relaxing environment. Complimentary glass of wine and refreshments. All supplies included. $45

If you are coming from out of town, you could make it a getaway and book a room at the Cup & Saucer B&B or at the Village Creek Country Inn! If you wish to do so, just let me know and I will send you the links.

This was actually my first winter buck I painted and it was also the first ever painting I sold! Whaaaat!?
Someone was drawn to the pure healing words I put on it and I was so honoured that it meant something to them.

Winter Schedule: November 10 to January 11 2020
All classes require pre-registration this week! We will finalize the schedule and have it out Friday evening so please indicate which classes you will be coming to by this Friday morning so we know to keep it on the schedule. 
With our studio being rural and winter has now arrived, we require a minimum of 6 people to register for each class to continue to run it. Even if you have a punch pass, please let us know which classes you would like to keep. Thank you in advance to everyone! :) We look forward to seeing you!

NEW CLASSES PENDING!
Yoga for Beginners on Mondays @ 9am 

This is an introductory class to help beginners learn the basics of yoga. Yoga helps build strength and stability when the right areas of the body are activated. You will about this activation along with basic alignment to help you gain the most from your practice, safely!

Yoga for Strength on Thursdays @ 8:15am
Improve your cardiovascular fitness & build strength through a fun and challenging class!
More core exercises will be included to help build stability and strength to support your back health.

Yoga, Self Massage & Essential Oils on Thursdays @ 9:30am: This rejuvenating class will include an active practice along with self massage using therapy balls to help decrease muscle tension. We will also use essential oils specific for muscle tension relief. After class, tea will be served.
Everyone will receive a sugar scrub at the first class to take home with them to keep their skin feeling great as we move into our dry winter months! Recipe included so you can make more!

Mobility Class & Happy Hour for Men on Fridays @ 6:15pm:This class is for men only and will help stretch out tight areas for gents, especially the lower back, hamstrings, glutes and shoulders. After class, chill for awhile and enjoy a beer with your buds!

Yin Yoga for Stress Relief & Yoga Nidra to Improve Sleep on Sundays @ 10am:This class will restore and balance your body by slowing it down in some yin poses, decreasing muscle tension and calming down your nervous system. We will then head into a short yoga nidra session to melt into deep relaxation and rest for your body. This is a great way to end your week and start your week feeling rested and renewed.

Reiki Session Special
