Happy Sunday to you!
I wanted to send out an update to let you know that I am moving tomorrow's/Monday's classes to the Inn just for this week due to the temperatures going up quite a bit. We will be back in the greenhouse on Saturday and will also assess as we go with regard to the Monday classes and hotter temperatures.

Also,  along with running a Yin/Restorative Yoga & Soundbath class on Wednesday class at 10am I have added a second class which is a Healthy Joints class at 11:15am.  Nervous system regulation and stress relief along with improving joint health are what many seem to be looking for right now.

I hope to see you on the mat soon!

Saturdays @ 9am: Strength & Stretch Yoga 60min

Drop in: $20

This class helps to improve strength and stability in your body by activating fascia lines. It also helps to improve balance, range of control (not just range of motion), core strength and mobility and finishes with some refreshing chilled lemongrass towels in savasana.
What to bring: yoga mat, block & water

Experience seated and standing yoga poses along with other exercises to help support activities of daily living by improving balance, strength, mobility and flexibility. All classes are beginner friendly and variations/modifications are given throughout class. 
What to bring: yoga mat, therapy/tennis ball, strap, block and water. There will be extra props available to use if needed.

-Class rate: $20 (includes GST).

- Drop in is available however it is suggested to touch base the morning of class in the case something changes. I also prep lemongrass towels for savasana so it is good to know how many to prep.
- Dress for the weather! Please bring a hat, sunglasses and sunblock if needed and a tea mug for after class.

Experience yin & restorative yoga to help you move into deeper tension in the body. This class is wonderful for stress relief and can help to regulate the nervous system.  Class will finish with a relaxing body scan and crystal sound bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat, cozy blanket so it covers you fully, eye cover, block, bolster, water and a tea mug if you would like some tea after class.
I have extra bolsters and blocks if you need one.

Wednesdays @ 11:15am: Healthy Joints Class 60min

Our feet are incredible! They have 26 bones and 33 joints! And out of the joints, 20 are synovial which means they are moveable. Feet are our foundation and their health influences the rest of the joints above them.

In these classes, we will be working with the feet each session. You will also learn exercises to help improve stability in certain joints and mobility in others, keeping all of them strong to avoid injury. Special focus will be on our weight bearing joints of the feet, ankles, knees and hips and there will be exercises for wrists and shoulders as well.

What to bring: a yoga mat, block, strap, therapy/tennis ball, water and tea mug. I have extra props on hand if needed.
