Saturday July 9 & 30 @ 9:30am: Yoga for Strength & Core
This class includes poses that help build strength and stability in the body. Class finishes with core strengthening & poses that improve flexibility & mobility. You will need a block & mat.

Saturday July 9 & 30 @ 10:45am: Yin Yoga for Stress Relief
This class includes yin poses to decrease stress & deep tension in the body. Class finishes with a relaxing body scan. With chronic stress, by-products of it can stay in the body for several hours, even days. Only 3 weeks of constant "high stress" will re-write your entire baseline level of functioning, moving all functions in the body into the various states and stages of chronic stress. This is detrimental to our overall health and causes issues like adrenal fatigue, immune system suppression and brain fog. This is why itโ€™s so important to ground and reset daily to move out of the multiple stress responses we can experience each day. You will need 2 blankets, eye cover, mat and a bolster or pillow under your knees.

If you are looking for connection, motivation and want to get back into a routine the online zoom classes are a wonderful support. They are an accessible & affordable way to get your exercise in and it is fun doing it with others & from the comfort of your own home!
And if you prefer more privacy you can always have your camera off. If you need support with your exercises you can keep your camera on.

Classes
Mondays @ 8:30am: Weight Training 30min

Improve your overall strength & stability in your body, build & maintain bone density & increase lean body mass. This class will include different weight training exercises and muscle groups each week.

Tuesdays @ 8:30am: 20 MIN HIIT
(class will be 30min in total with warm up & cool down)
High intensity interval training sessions are commonly called HIIT workouts. This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. HIIT can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, your metabolic rate is higher for hours afterwards, it can help you lose fat, gain muscle & improve your overall cardiovascular fitness.
Lower impact variations will also be given for each exercise.

Wednesdays @ 9:30am: Weights & Yoga 60min
Build bone density & lean body mass by adding weight training to your exercise regime. This class will include different weight training exercises and muscle groups each week. We will also use yoga poses that improve strength and balance and finish class with stretches for the areas that we worked.

Fridays @ 9:30am: Strength, Balance & Mobility Class for 50+ 60min
Improve your strength & balance with yoga poses and body weight exercises. Improve joint health and range of motion with mobility exercises and learn therapy ball exercises to decrease stiffness in the body.
