Friday May 13 @ 7pm: Evening Stretch & Relaxation Session
This class will include some gentle movement, yin poses and a relaxing body scan to help you unwind at the end of the week.
You will need a mat, bolster, block, blanket and eye cover.

Saturday May 14 @ 9:30am: Yoga for Strength & Core
This class includes a standing series and floor series. The standing series includes poses that help build strength and stability in the body. The floor series includes core strengthening, poses that improve flexibility and some relaxation. You will need a block & mat.

Saturday May 14 @ 11am: Stress Relief Class
This class will include some relaxing yin poses, restorative poses and a short guided meditation with sound bowls to relax the body & mind. With chronic stress, by-products of it can stay in the body for several hours, even days. Only 3 weeks of constant "high stress" will re-write your entire baseline level of functioning, moving all functions in the body into the various states and stages of chronic stress. This is detrimental to our overall health and causes issues like adrenal fatigue, immune system suppression and brain fog. This is why it’s so important to ground and reset daily to move out of the multiple stress responses we can experience each day. You will need 2 blankets, eye cover, mat and a bolster or pillow under your knees.
The soundbath portion is not to be done if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cochlear implants/hearing aids, have epilepsy or have implants or plates/pins in the body. If you have any questions, please let me know.

Spring Yoga 7 Day Challenge! (Live via Zoom)
7 Days: Monday May 1-7 @ 6:45-7:15am (30min)
Wellness Member: $40. Regular: $50
Experience the motivation and shifts that happen in your body and mind when practicing together and connecting for 7 days in a row! Each class will start off with a different intention for each day and a card reading for you. Class will include some gentle movement to rejuvenate the body and we will finish class off  with some stretches and our intention for the day. Practicing consistently and with each other can give you an elevated sense of well-being and support you in feeling more uplifted & energized throughout your day. Challenge finishers receive a surprise spa package! Let's do this! :)

Mondays @ 8am: Weight Training 
(if there is a better morning time please let me know!)
5 Week Session: May 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30
Wellness Member: $50. Regular: $60
Improve your overall strength & stability in your body, build & maintain bone density & increase lean body mass. This class will include different weight training exercises and muscle groups each week.

Wednesdays @ 9:30am: Weights & Yoga 60min
3 Week Session: May 4, 11 & 18
No class on May 25 as it is the Awakening One Day Retreat out at Pure Awareness.
Wellness Member: $30. Regular: $36
Build bone density & lean body mass by adding weight training to your exercise regime. This class will include different weight training exercises and muscle groups each week. We will also use yoga poses that improve strength and balance and finish class with stretches for the areas that we worked.

Fridays @ 9:30am: Strength, Balance & Mobility Class for 50+ 60min
3 Week Session: May 6, 13 & 20
No class on May 27 as I am a part of the Trauma as Medicine Retreat running that weekend.
Wellness Member: $30. Regular: $36
Improve your strength & balance with yoga poses and body weight exercises. Improve joint health and range of motion with mobility exercises and learn therapy ball exercises to decrease stiffness in the body.

Saturdays @ 9:30am: Yoga for Strength & Core 60min
2 Week Session: May 7 & 21
No online class on May 14 as it is in person. No online class on May 28 as I will be teaching at the Trauma as Medicine Retreat.
Wellness Member: $20. Regular: $24
This fun and rejuvenating class is full of movement and core work to help you build overall strength. Class finishes with some stretching and relaxation.


Reconnect & Replenish: A Spring Renewal Retreat

Take some time to replenish & reconnect through healing circles, nature, nourishing food and gentle movement practices.
