12-12:30pm: Free Time- Boardwalk Shop & Stroll with Discount Certificates to Local Shops: Village Emporium, ECOcafé, Daisy McBeans, Backstreet Antiques & The Clothing Store
12:45-3:45pm: Healing Circle with Christine

Friday Yoga for Strength @ 9:30am
This fun and challenging class gives you a full body experience with yoga poses that build strength and stability, improve balance and cardiovascular health! Class is finished off with core strengthening, stretching & relaxation. Please bring a block for this class.
Friday Strength, Balance & Mobility for 50+
TIME CHANGE STARTING THIS FRIDAY JULY 16. This class will start at 10:45am not 11am.
As we age, it is crucial to stay moving and to learn healthy movement patterns to support and maintain our body for many years to come. In this class, you will learn specific exercises that will help support your joint health and keep you strong and moving fluidly! You will learn movement that stimulates the nutrition needed to lubricate joint surfaces and exercises that can create ease in your movement and decrease soreness and pain. We will also work with proprioceptors to help improve balance to prevent falls (and if you do fall, to learn ways to get up off the floor on your own). We will then decrease muscle tension and help increase healthy range of motion by learning to use therapy balls. You will learn different exercises for specific muscle groups which you can take home with you and use any time you need!
Please bring an eye cover/hand towel, a block, a strap and therapy balls (tennis balls work too).
Saturday Yoga Flow @ 9am
This is a dynamic and energizing vinyasa style practice where we flow fluidly from one posture to the next guided by the rhythm of our breath. This style of practice is more challenging and promotes both strength & flexibility in the muscles, while also encouraging greater stability and range of motion through the joints. When we synchronize the movement of the body with the flow of the breath, we cultivate a deeper sense of focus and clarity, promoting a steady mind and a calm nervous system. Please bring a block for this class.
Saturday Yin Yoga for Stress & Anxiety @ 10:15am
Settle into poses that are specific to decreasing stress and anxiety in your body. This class consists of longer held poses to move into connective tissue and deeper tension in the body. It is an amazing practice for stress relief as it helps to relax the nervous system and calm the body and mind. Please bring a block, bolster and eye cover/hand towel for this class.
