OUTDOOR CLASS UPDATE
HI everyone :)
I am hoping you are having a lovely summer so far.
I wanted to connect and let our community know that I am not sure if the in person yoga classes will recover from being shutdown for so long. My heart is heavy as I have always had hope but July has proven to be difficult. Retreats seem to be doing really well though so that is positive :)

I am checking to see if, starting in August, a fitness class and a yoga nidra class may be of interest to add more variety and at different times as I can see a lot of members enjoy those classes online. Please see the proposed days/times below :)

All current classes are running this long weekend. Please preregister.

I will see what the interest is in August classes with preregistration this upcoming week as well and let you know early next week what the August schedule will look like.

Friday
Yoga for Strength @ 9:30am- may be cancelled in August

Strength, Balance & Mobility for 50+ @ 10:45am

Saturday
Yoga Flow @ 9am

Yin Yoga & Therapy Balls for Sore & Tight Muscles @ 10:15am- may be cancelled in August

Possible Classes
Fitness Class: 30MIN HIIT (high intensity interval training) @ 11:30am
This class includes repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. This type of training improves your endurance, cardiovascular health and elevates your metabolism during class and for hours afterwards. This class will also include a warm-up, cool down and core work.

Slumber Sessions: Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation 7-7:30pm
Saturday August 14, 21 & 28 

Drop in: $10/class. Please preregister.

If you have trouble sleeping, have a lot of stress or anxiety in your life or find your mind is really busy, this guided meditation can help. 

Yoga Nidra can help activate the relaxation response in your the body and improve the functioning of your nervous system. It can help cells regenerate and repair, decrease anxiety and improve your mood. It can also help manage immune function, blood pressure, cortisol levels and induce restful sleep.

Please wear comfy clothing, bring a yoga mat,  2 blankets, bolster or pillow and an eye cover.
