Hello Lovely Yoga Fam :)
I hope you are enjoying the beautiful fall colours and air. What an amazing time of year that we get to experience!

I have been spending a lot of time reflecting and I have decided that I will not be teaching group classes at the lake until the new year. I will have to reassess then as to how to move forward. The current landscape of all of the unknowns combined with losing studio spaces, numerous shutdowns and restrictions and the financial loss through all of it has made it so I am only able to continue with live classes over zoom for October, November & December.

I came close to stopping teaching altogether so I also needed to sit with what was causing that. I came to the conclusion that it is impossible to rebuild something that has no solid ground to grow up from...so I am shifting to what is more sustainable for now to continue to support from a place of staying healthy and peaceful in mind, heart & body. And this way I can run a lot more classes, offer a wider variety and am more accessible to those who don't live nearby...and not wear myself out in the process.

Being online is definitely different! I am thankful to have the option and I feel it is worth giving it a try to stay connected, to support and inspire each other and to stay strong and healthy. I have experienced resistance when I feel discomfort in trying something new. But I have learned that the benefits far outweigh that discomfort...and trying new things is where a lot of magic can happen in personal inquiry, discovery & growth. I always feel so darn proud of myself when I figure out another thing when teaching online...and I am still learning! And what is the worst that can happen if I don't get it the first time? Just try again and if I need it, ask for help. It is really like yoga. Taking time to observe, not judging or being hard on ourselves and giving ourselves the time and the space to learn and grow and having some FUN with all of it!

I wanted to thank all of you who are continuing on this journey with me. I am hoping continuing live classes online will support you. A lot of us lost our gathering place and going from seeing each other each week to nothing at all has been tough...and it is easy to feel alone a lot of the time. So connecting with you on screen, having a chat, pulling cards for each of you and teaching what I hope are fun, inspirational and educational classes will continue to inspire and light up your days. I know they definitely bring a ton of joy to mine! xo

Energy knows no boundaries and it is felt across time and space so whether we are on a screen or not, we can support one another with our presence. Life can change so fast so I am very grateful for the time we get to spend together and always hold those moments close to my heart.

Monday @ 5pm: Movement & Mindfulness for Pandemic Fatigue 60min
Wednesday @ 10am: Weights & Yoga 60min
Fridays @ 10am: Strength, Balance & Mobility for Longevity for 50+ 60min
Saturday @ 9am: Yoga Flow & Core 60min
Sunday @ 7pm: Pajama Yoga & Sleep Yoga (Yoga Nidra) 35min

October Pricing (4 weeks)
This pricing gives you more freedom so you can choose any class of the week and you can change it up each week if you can't commit to one entire session.
Members: Practice 1 class/week in October: $54. Non-member: $57
Members: Practice 2 classes/week in October: $108. Non-member: $110
Member Drop-in: $14. Non-member Drop-in: $15
October 5 Pass (to be used within the month of October): $69

Private Sessions
I am also offering private group or individual sessions over zoom.
Initial session: $95. Ongoing: $85. 5 Pack: $375 ($75/session)

So if you are looking for hips & lower back classes, shoulder health, sleep support, yoga for anxiety, sport-specific yoga, etc you will find them grouped under Playlists. Comment Section: There is now a comment section below each class so you can share how you feel after class and also interact with the other students and myself! You can also press the little heart beside the title of the class if you want to include it in your favourites.
