Please register by sending me an email back to let me know which classes you will be joining! I just invested in a new mic system which sounds amazing and also have new lighting and music as well to support you in classes. My intention is always to give you the best experience possible.
7 WEEK SESSION PASSES
- The session passes give you more freedom so you can choose any class of the week
- You can change it up each week if you can't commit to an entire session
- Wellness Members receive classes at a discounted price
- Prices have been decreased since the last session for both members & non-members

Count Your Classes Pass
You count how many classes you can attend in the 7 week session. This is for students who want to practice 5 or more classes within the next 7 weeks (so this pass can't be used to buy just 1 or 2 classes).

WINTER SESSION CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday @ 5pm: Movement & Mindfulness for Pandemic Fatigue 60min
This class is themed weekly and includes gentle movement that can help clear out stress from our physical & emotional body. At the end of class, we will move into a short meditation and some guided relaxation to settle into deeper rest and healing.
Weekly themes:
Week 1: Depression
Week 2: Anger
Week 3: Sadness
Week 4: Judgement
Week 5: Isolated
Week 6: Grief
Week 7: Anxiety
Wednesday @ 10am: Weights & Yoga 60min
Build stability, improve strength and cardiovascular health and build bone density by adding weight training to your exercise regime. This class will include different weight training exercises and muscle groups each week. We will also use yoga poses that improve strength and balance and finish class with stretches for the areas that we worked.
You need: 2 sets of free weights (one lighter and one heavier set), yoga mat, water and block.
Week 1 & 5: Chest & Triceps
Week 2 & 6: Legs
Week 3 & 7: Shoulders
Week 4: Back & Biceps
NEW: Thursday @ 6:30pm: Happy Hour Yoga 60min
This class will include some gentle stretches and therapy ball exercises to rinse out your day. We will then head into a short relaxing body scan to help you restore & reset your energy. After class grab your cup of tea or glass of wine as we take some time to visit. You will also choose a card from a different deck each week before practice (Card 1,2 or 3) and we will go over them while enjoying our bevies!
NEW: Fridays @ 9:30am: Yoga for Strength & Core 60min
This fun and challenging class gives you a full body experience with yoga poses that build strength and stability, improve balance and cardiovascular health. And extra core exercises will be added throughout this class! Class is finished off with stretching & relaxation.
Fridays @ 10:45am: Strength, Balance & Mobility for Longevity for 50+ 60min
In this class, build strength with yoga poses and body weight exercises. You will also improve joint health with mobility exercises and learn some therapy ball exercises to decrease stiffness in the body and increase range of motion.
Saturday @ 9am: Yoga Flow & Core 60min
This fun and rejuvenating flow class is full of movement and core work to help you build strength. Class finishes with some stretching and relaxation.
NEW: Saturday @ 10:15am: Yoga & Therapy Balls 60min
Enjoy a relaxing class with poses that can help decrease stress and unwind your nervous system. We will also be using therapy balls throughout practice to move into deep tension in the body, increase range of motion, support exercise recovery and tap into the rest and digest side of your nervous system.
NEW: Sunday @ 10am: Flow & Yin 60min
This class flies by! Rejuvenate with breath and movement in a fun flow class then finish class off with a few yin poses to move into the deeper tension in the body. I will ask before we start class what areas of tension you want to focus for the yin portion of class.
Sunday @ 7pm: Pajama & Sleep Yoga 30min
Get comfy and if you like, put your PJs on for this class (you can have your video off)!
Rinse out your day with gentle stretches before we settle into a yoga nidra. 30min of yoga nidra has been known to be equivalent to 4 hours of deep rest. Yoga Nidra can help activate the relaxation response in your body and improve the functioning of your nervous system. It can help cells regenerate and repair, decrease anxiety and improve your mood. It can also help manage immune function, blood pressure, cortisol levels and induce restful sleep. Please note that since this practice is only 30min, the session pass price is: Members: $35. Non-members: $42. Drop in: $8

THE WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP ONLINE STUDIO: Recorded Classes
This membership consists of recorded classes and are great if you need to exercise on a specific day or during a certain time, if you are travelling or want to do it in the comfort of your own home. The price of this membership is going up to $35/month beginning November 1 due to its enhanced value. If you have the membership already you keep the founding member price of $27/month. If you don't have the membership and would like to access the lower price, please sign up before November 1!

Here are some collagen stories I wanted to share with regard to rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthristis:
