Social Spacing Outdoor Yoga πŸ˜Ž β˜€οΈ 
The last time we gathered in a group was March 7 due to covid. So this will be the first time our yoga fam is back together practicing! So looking forward to the powerful group energy once again!

Saturday July 4
Added for July 4! Yoga for Strength @ 8:45am (2 spots left)
Yoga for Strength @ 10am (full)
Restorative/Yin @ 11:15am (2 spots left)

Cost: $15 (cash only please)

Please bring: a yoga mat, water, hand towel (For those who would like it, I will have lemongrass spray to spray on your hand towel for savasana), bug spray, your own props that you like to use & wear layers!
I will have hand sanitizer on hand but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

Location: Village Creek Country Inn (Spruceview Room private deck). If the weather is poor we will head inside to the INN.
Pre-registration will help us follow the guidelines of social distancing.

Yoga for Strength Class Description: This fun and challenging class gives you a full body experience with yoga poses that build strength and stability, improve balance and cardiovascular health. Class is finished off with core strengthening, stretching & relaxation.
My intention is to not use any props in class but please bring your own if you need them for your practice.

Yin/Restorative Class Description: Delve into a blissful class as you move into deeper muscle and connective tissue tension with some yin poses. You will then settle into restorative poses to help decrease stress on your body and mind. Deep healing comes from allowing the body to completely relax. Restorative Yoga allows the body to fully rest and reset the nervous system. The supportive use of props helps to elicit a relaxation response in the body and the mind. This practice benefits all of the muscles and organs in the body through a process of repair and rejuvenation. It can also aid in mental health, is supportive to the immune system, regulates metabolism and can help with insomnia. No experience is required. Please bring your own bolster, block & blanket.
