I hope you are enjoying the lovely summer energy! I hope to see you soon as we are planning some outdoor yoga this summer to reconnect and have some fun in the fresh country air!
Yoga Updates & July Outdoor Classes
Summer "Social Spacing" Outdoor Yoga
Saturdays in July: July 4 (2 spots left), 11, 18 & 25
10am
$15 drop in (cash only please)
Location will be sent out to those who pre-register for class. Pre-register for the whole session or just one class. Pre-registration will help us follow the guidelines of social distancing.
I am also considering a:
Restorative/Yin @ 11:15am
Strength, Balance & Mobility for Longevity Class @ 12:30pm (same class format as what used to be the Friday at 11:15am class)
We may be able to do it outdoors but if not we will take it inside to the Inn.
Studios were allowed to open as of last Friday. In the past, our week day classes slowed down during the summer due to everyone wanting to be outside and participating in outdoor activities. The weekend classes seemed to be of most interest so that is why we are running classes on Saturdays!
July & August Summer Online Passes
Choose an unlimited pass or a 5, 10 or 20 summer pack of your choice to use for the months of July & August! Or you can start now with any of the passes! Choose from 70 videos with tons of variety!
For the summer packs, you choose what you would like to practice from the list of classes. You can also replay them for free as much as you like.
Summer 5 Pack: $50 (choose 5 classes)
Summer 10 Pack: $80 (choose 10 classes)
Summer 20 Pack: $150 (choose 20 classes)
1 Month Unlimited Pass: $100 (reg $105)
2 Months Unlimited Pass: $200 (reg $210)
