Over the Rainbow...from me to you xo

Hello everyone :)
How is everyone doing?

I have been wanting to send a message of hope out to everyone and I feel this song does that. There will be brighter skies ahead. It is possible that this time of unknown may be giving us time to dig deep (and feel all the feels which stillness really brings forth). It may be opening up another door to perhaps follow a dream or different dream we have been longing to do. Maybe it is helping us find our life's purpose, what we have been put on this earth to do? Or maybe, just maybe it is allowing us to fly free from things that could be holding us down.

Over the Rainbow is a song that is very special to me because it was also the song that was playing when my dad transitioned from this world last May. The first time I sang it after he passed was yesterday. He and I sang it together, listened to it together and I would leave Eva Cassidy's CD playing for him at his care centre when I had to go. He would always say "I love her voice." She has the most incredible version of it and it was that cd, that song that was playing when he passed. After I sang the song yesterday, I pulled a card and it was Father Sky. I was so happy to read that message that was sent to me right after I sang.
Thank you Dad xo

Here is me singing the song :)  It takes a lot for me to share this so thank you for your support!

If you feel isolated and feel everything is overwhelming you at once, please know you are not alone. A phone call with a friend is so helpful. Or perhaps some guided yoga to move and rinse the stress or maybe some yoga nidra or meditation can help. Sometimes just talking really helps!

I am sending out a free yoga nidra to all of you on this newsletter. It is definitely one way that helps me calm my nervous system down and feel more peaceful with all that is happening right now.
