Hi everyone!

These pictures are so special... they are the home studio set ups from the students who practiced this last week. Thank you to everyone who joined me on the "online" mat and shared your home studio! Looks like a few furry friends joined in the fun too! We are in this together and are not alone...on the yoga mat or in this unknown journey we are all on right now. 

Online classes this week!
Our classes for this upcoming week are:

Tuesday
Yoga Flow

Wednesday
Strength, Balance & Mobility for Longevity
NEW: Yoga for Beginners (4 week session): In this class we will be slowing everything down and break down the poses for you, cover different breathing exercises, show you variations and cover the benefits of each pose. 

Thursday
Yoga for Strength
Yin/Restorative Yoga

Friday
Yoga for Strength
Strength, Balance & Mobility for Longevity

Saturday
Yoga for Strength 
Yin/Restorative Yoga

How it works:

  • Once you have decided on the classes you want to practice this week, please send me a note on which ones you want and I will send you the private link(s) on the morning of the class.

  • Once I send you the link, I will use your pass or you can drop in. Drop ins this week are $15 again!

  • The link will be open for the whole day from 7am-8pm.

  • If you wish to take a specific class again, please let me know and I will resend you the link!

  • I am hoping that the video links are not shared and instead I would be honoured by any referrals and offer a free class to any of your friends or family who would like to try out a class.

  • If anyone is struggling financially, please let me know and I will do my best to support you in any way I can.

  • If we have to continue classes this way for awhile then I may look at doing this differently. For now, I am hoping this way is best to honour all punch passes & session passes that have already been purchased.



What you will need for a class:

  • Yoga mat

  • Eye cover/pillow

  • Two blocks (big books can work)

  • Bolster (a pillow or couch cushion can work)

  • A strap (a belt can work!)

  • Blanket
