Who is joining our online classes this week?! I set up a little spot in my living room and set the "yoga mood" so I hope you enjoy it and it feels relaxing to you.
These classes are in "real time" in the sense that I have not edited them. When I am teaching I can't edit so I felt it best to just keep it real :). That is what a yoga practice is all about anyway!
I’m so excited to share these with you. I definitely felt everyone there with me and kept coming back to our group energies from each class which fills my heart so much! This may be new to all of us and very unknown but in all of that, I can feel the support... so thank you for continuing to be a part of this community as we experience a different format together:). I will do my best to continue to support everyone from the other side of the video camera! And any requests for favourite poses, readings, puns or ab exercises please let me know!
Online Classes
I have recorded a Yoga for Strength Class and also a Yin/Restorative Yoga Class for you for tomorrow! Oh my goodness it has been an interesting time of learning in the world of online classes! Lots of patience :))
Once you have decided on the classes please send me a note on what you would like to practice this week and I will send you the private link(s).
I considered doing live classes but as I mentioned before, I felt they may not work because everyone’s schedules are effected by the pandemic so what used to work for our past scheduled class times may not work right now. I felt it would be better for everyone if I offered the link for one full day so you can access it when it works for you! However, we can do a live class together down the road if you wish, just let me know.
At the start of each new class I will share how many of us practiced in the class before so we know we are not alone on our mats :)
If you would like to practice on a different day, I can send you a link for one of the classes so you can practice the class on a day that works for you.

Strength, Balance & Mobility for Longevity

Restorative/Yin Aroma Yoga (if you have them, have 2 of your favourite essential oils on hand)
Please note that as of next week I will have a Tuesday Flow class up as well as a Wednesday Longevity class.
Once I send you the link, I can use your pass or you can drop in. Drop ins this week are $15!
As of right now pass pricing will stay the same and passes can be used for the classes. And if you’re struggling financially please let me know and I can help out somehow.
And all of this is new to me so I will be making adjustments as I go.

What you will need for a class:
Yoga mat
Eye cover/pillow
Two blocks (big books can work)
Bolster (a pillow or couch cushion can work)
A strap (a belt can work!)
Blanket
