Same love, support and intention to your vitality and longevity, overall health and functional movement. Our new name represents our offerings better as we have so much more we want to share with you!
We continue to support people to stay mobile and independent for a lifetime. We offer a space where people can come together and be supported by one another and our team.
Below are our expanded offerings!
Retreats: We have ongoing retreats planned to help support self-care and downtime. We offer girlfriend getaways, customized personal and corporate retreats, couples retreats, bachelorette parties and more!
Yoga: we will continue to offer a variety of yoga and mobility classes. Current research shows yoga offers numerous benefits for the body and mind. Improved posture, strength, balance, mobility and a clearer mind just to name a few! Some yoga classes are more for relaxation/stretching and some are more active. The choice is yours! If you have never been to the studio before, we are offering a $40 one week unlimited to you!
Fitness: variety is key to our overall health and adding weight training and different exercise regimes will improve coordination, bone density and more. We will be offering fitness classes, personal training and a free fitness consult to anyone new to the studio.
We have brought and will continue to bring to the Pigeon Lake area and the village: a huge variety of yoga, fitness classes & workshops. We have been honoured and continue to be as we partner up and have other retreat facilitators and yoga teachers share their knowledge and wisdom through their own retreats, classes and teacher trainings.
We will continue to promote the Pigeon Lake/Village area through all of our events. 90% of the people coming to events are not from the area and have never been here so we are very proud to be a part of promoting our love of the lake!

Happy New Year Classes!
This Saturday January 4, join us for a rejuvenating class to revitalize the body and mind after the rush of the holidays. Then settle into a yin class to stretch out any residual stress and tension. Finish class with an experience of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is sleep yoga and allows for deep relaxation. When we are in that state of stillness is when the body does its best healing. It is said that 30min of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep/rest for the body. As we approach the new year we hope to support you in trying something new! The tea will be ready (& chocolate too!)

New Classes & Workshops
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Mondays @ 7pm
High Intensity Interval Training is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. It will increase your cardiovascular endurance while burning fat and increasing your metabolism. A mat is all you will need for equipment for this class.

Inamojo for Kids with Jaime (Ages 5-8)
Pre-registered session- 9 Weeks: January 14 to March 10, 2020

Inamojo™ offers well-being programs for children of elementary/primary school age.
Our mission is to help equip children with life-tools and life-skills for life-long wellbeing. Inamojo programs nurture creativity and imagination through play while addressing all levels of healthy developmental growth: physical, cognitive, emotional and social.
Strength, Stretch, Stillness & Spa for Moms
Thursdays @ 9:30am
8 week session: January 16 to March 5 2020

This is a self-care session for moms. This rejuvenating class will help build strength and improve flexibility. Then restore and relax as we finish class off with a nidra (yoga for sleep) session to decrease stress on the body and mind.

Moving for Memory
Thursdays @ 1-2pm

This is a group class focusing on gentle physical activity and steps toward a healthier brain. We will be using chairs in this class for certain exercises.
Sip and Social for Seniors (Free)
Fridays @ 1-3pm
Enjoy some socializing and fun on a Friday afternoon! Join us for some board games, card games and complimentary tea. Bring a favourite game if you would like to share it with others :)
Mobility Class for Men
Fridays @ 5:30pm
8 week session: $128
Drop in: $17
This class is for the gents and will help stretch out common areas of tension, especially the lower back, hamstrings, glutes and shoulders.
Workshops
Yoga for Beginners Workshop
Saturday February 1 @ 1pm
In this workshop will you will learn the most common yoga poses, the benefits of each one, how to activate and develop more strength in them and learn the alignment that gives you the most stability. You will also learn common breathing exercises that can support your nervous system, decreasing stress on your body and mind. Variations (modifications) will also be given if you have had any injuries.
The workshop will end with a yoga nidra (yoga for sleep) experience so you can feel what this deep relaxation technique can do for your body & mind.

Fall Prevention Workshop

In this workshop, you will learn ways to prevent falls including:
exercises to improve balance and strength
assist your body awareness by doing specific exercises for your feet
if you end up falling, you will learn ways to get up off the floor on your own
how to decrease the chance of falling on slippery surfaces
