Summer Outdoor Yoga Classes

Yay! Outdoor classes are starting on Friday July 2 and Saturday July 3!

They are:


Fridays

Yoga for Strength @ 9:30am

Strength, Balance & Mobility for 50+ @11am

Saturdays

Yoga Flow @ 9am

Yin Yoga for Stress & Anxiety @ 10:15am


Please see the links below to buy the Summer 8 Pass or drop in. There are member and non-member rates for both. When you click on the link, it will ask you to log in if you are a member or to create an account if you’re new.

Once you have an account, you can buy the 8 pass or drop in that applies to you (choosing the non-member or member rate) and use it to register and pay for upcoming classes. You will find all of the classes to choose from in your Calendar!

If you want to receive the discounted member rates you can head to the Wellness Membership and buy it first. Then buy the discounted 8 pass or drop in! If you need help, please let me know.

Please note that the pics included on this newsletter were before covid and we will be socially distancing for every class.


With regard to weather: if it is raining we will move into the Inn if they have space for us. But other than rainy weather, classes will be a go even if it is cool/cloudy so please wear layers and bring a yoga mat, eye cover, blanket, block and any other yoga props you like to use.

In creating this, the intention was to attune to the sincere feeling of coming home to one's true self, feeling deeply held, received, as you lay yourself down once again, despite all the ups and downs of life. To come home and be loved by the great expansiveness, and mystery of the cosmos, the great Mother. Accompanied by a choir of angels and geo sonic sounds, a divine lullaby to help you relax, calm and sleep well.
Yin Yoga for Stress & Anxiety 60min: This is a soothing yin class for times you feel stressed or need your body to settle. This is our June special guest instructor class with Amanda Madhu Whiting. Her class is lovely, relaxing and educational.

The Gathering: Words, Wisdom & Wellness Book Club

It is not too late to join us! And I can send you the recording of our first meeting if you would still like to join us!

My intention of this book club is to create a place for more connection, conversation and to continue to learn and have some fun while doing it together! We will be starting with The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer.


We will take a few months to read each book so we can take our time and meet every second Sunday at 10am. The first meeting will be on June 6. Father’s Day is on June 20 so we will skip that Sunday and continue on June 27. This will also give us enough time to get the book and read the first 4 chapters.
